Installation failed?

Try refreshing the browser store page and installing again. If the problem persists, try the manual installation method.

Extension not appearing?

Check your browser's extension management page to ensure PWKeep is enabled. Look for the PWKeep icon in your browser toolbar.

Can't access passwords?

Make sure you're entering the correct master password. If you've forgotten it, you'll need to reset PWKeep (this will delete all stored data).
